Yes. If you already use Fourvenues (or another system with an API), we import your catalog and availability so you don't have to re-enter anything. The key difference: tickets are bought inside Caliu (our own checkout), we don't redirect traffic away. Availability stays aligned as an allotment you set aside for Caliu, and you can report sales made elsewhere via API to avoid overselling.

They sell in Caliu like any other event: we charge the end user a small service fee and you receive the price you set, in full, in your Stripe Connect account. There's no double commission because the sale happens in Caliu, not in Fourvenues. You need an active Stripe Connect account so we can pay you out.

Caliu acts as your booking system for the private room (separate from TheFork or whatever you use for regular tables). You publish the room as a private event, set capacity, minimum party size and deposit. Bookings come through Caliu and you get an instant email with the customer's info and notes (allergies, occasion). If someone calls to book the room through another channel, you block that date in one click from your dashboard.

Yes, with 'request and confirm' mode. The customer pays upfront when they request, you get an instant email and decide based on your real availability that night (using your normal system: TheFork, calls, notebook). If you accept within the configured window (24h by default), Caliu confirms the charge. If you can't accommodate them or don't respond in time, Caliu auto-refunds. Zero friction for you, zero broken promises to the customer.
